[S2] New Default Initial Policy "Wind-up Strike": The Initial [Command] of troops of the Main City is increased to 7. Until reaching Castle Lv.5, leveling up the Castle won't increase the Troop [Command]. Subsequently, with each level-up of the Castle, the [Command] will be increased by 0.5.
