[Balance Adjustments]
- Adjustments to the following Heroes' Main Stratagem:
· [5★ - Jin - Sima Yan]: Further reduces the damage taken by all of your troops, and further increases the Morale of all of your troops at the beginning of per turn
· [5★ - Jin - Yang Hu]: Increases the Recovery Rate of the Strength recovered by the Main Stratagem (affected by Ingenuity)
· [5★ - Wei - Yue Jin]: Increases the boost effect of the Main Stratagem on the Hero's own Attack Damage, and reduces the stack times required to trigger the attack effect from 8 to 5 times
· [5★ - Wei - Dian Wei]: Main Stratagem has a higher chance of attacking the damage source, and the DMG Rate is increased. When the Hero is in the Vanguard and Center position, Dian Wei bears the Attack Damage dealt by the enemy to all allies (originally the Grand Camp) in the first 3 turns after the battle begins.
· [5★ - Wei - Cao Zhi]: Changes the condition for reducing damage and causing Recovery Effect in the Main Stratagem from a Basic Attack and launching an Active Stratagem to a Basic Attack, attempting to launch an Active Stratagem and attempting to launch a Pursuit Stratagem
· [5★ - Others - Dong Zhuo]: Further reduces the damage taken by the user in the Main Stratagem
· [5★ - Han - Dong Zhuo]: Further reduces the damage taken by all of your troops in the Main Stratagem
· [5★ - Wei - Cao Pi]: Increases the launch rate of the Main Stratagem and the effect of Immunity Against Flinching for your troop group
·[5★ - Others - Zhen Luo]: Increases the chance and Recovery Rate of the Main Stratagem to recover Strength
· [5★ - Others - Lady Zhurong] & [5★ - Shu - Lady Zhurong SP]: Increases the chance of the Main Stratagem launching an attack on a single enemy unit
· [5★ - Shu - Ma Yunlu]: Increases the boost effect of the Main Stratagem on the Hero's ATK
· [5★ - Han - Cai Wenji] & [5★ - Han - Cai Wenji SP]: Increases the Main Stratagem's Launch Rate, and adjusts the target of recovering Strength in the Stratagem Effect from "Allied Group" to "Your Troop Group"
· [5★ - Wei - Cao Chun]: Changes the target type from 2 targets from Your Troop Group to 2-3 targets from Your Troop Group, increases the Attack Damage bonus to your troop group, and reduces the value from 1/4 to 1/8 per turn
- Adjustments to the following Heroes' Attributes
· [5★ - Others - Dong Zhuo]: The Hero's Attack Range will be increased from 1 to 3. The Hero Enhancement Feature of [5★ - Others - Dong Zhuo] in the "Grand Preceptor Attacks Han" Season will be automatically removed after the update on June 26, 2024. Lords who purchased the feature will receive a Coin refund equal to the purchase price.
·[5★ - Shu - Zhang Fei]'s Command Value is reduced from 3.5 to 3
- Adjustments to the following Dismantled Stratagems
· "Unexpected Attack": Reduces the extent to which the damage increase value is affected by SPD, and increases its base value,
*Note: In the previous preview, there was an value error used in the description of the Dismantled Stratagem "Unexpected Attack". It is now corrected from "5.6%→11.2%" to "5.8%→11.6%". The actual damage increase effect values at each speed remain unchanged, consistent with the additional intro in the previous preview.
· "Volley of Arrows": Increased the Stratagem's Launch Rate and DMG Rate
· "Entrapment": Increases the chance of the Stratagem launching a Strategic Attack on the damage source
· "Victorious Elites": The original "After any ally launches an Active Stratagem, increases the damage dealt by the user's next Attack or Strategic Attack" is adjusted to "after any ally launches an Active Stratagem, increases the damage dealt by the user's next Active Stratagem, and the effect can be stacked up to 3 times"
- Adjustments to the following Minister Policies
· [5★ - Jin - Wei Guan]: Reduces the number of Decrees required for Policies, while increasing the chance of boosting the Morale of Heroes in the current battle under the original conditions, but reduces the Morale boost value
· [5★ - Jin - Sima Zhao]: Reduces the number of Decrees required for Policies
· [5★ - Wei - Cao Zhang]: Adjusts the activation conditions for the policy effect. When the policy takes effect, reduces the EXP bonus, the ratio of wounded troops that can be recovered after battle, and the reduction in lumber consumption for Troop Draft.
· [5★ - Wei - Guo Jia]: Adjusts the Policy activation conditions, and the original "If the Hero's Ingenuity is above 150, the Stamina Recovery Speed is increased by an extra 15.0%→30.0%" to "If there is a Hero with Ingenuity above 150 in the troop, the Stamina Recovery Speed of the troop is increased by an extra 7.5%→15.0%
· [5★ - Wu - Lu Su]: Adjusts the original condition "within the County" to "within the State"
- For servers launched before 17:00 (UTC+9) on June 24, the following effects are available from 17:00 (UTC+9) on June 26 to 17:00 (UTC+9) on June 27:
· If you cancel the Administration of [5★ - Jin - Wei Guan], [5★ - Jin - Sima Zhao], [5★ - Wei - Cao Zhang], [5★ - Wei - Guo Jia], [5★ - Wu - Lu Su] before 17:00 (UTC+9) on June 24, all Domestic Affairs Points used for Administration (2 Domestic Affairs Points) will be refunded
· If you reset the Main Stratagems or discard the Dismantled Stratagems of [5★ - Jin - Sima Yan], [5★ - Jin - Yang Hu], [5★ - Wei - Yue Jin], [5★ - Wei - Dian Wei], [5★ - Wei - Cao Zhi], [5★ - Others - Dong Zhuo], [5★ - Han - Dong Zhuo], [5★ - Wei - Cao Pi], [5★ - Others - Zhen Luo], [5★ - Others - Lady Zhurong], [5★ - Shu - Lady Zhurong SP], [5★ - Shu - Ma Yunlu], [5★ - Han - Cai Wenji], [5★ - Han - Cai Wenji SP], [5★ - Wei - Cao Chun] and [5★ - Shu - Zhang Fei], 100% of the Stratagem EXP will be refunded, and you can inherit the Hero level to other Heroes or have other Heroes inherit the Hero level once. The target Hero can reach a maximum of Lv.40 after inheritance.
In addition, the Minister Achievement Quests of [5★ - Jin - Wei Guan] and [5★ - Jin - Sima Zhao] will be adjusted in sync with the balance adjustments this time. The specific adjustments are:

[The Halt function on the Entire Map is enabled for the <Iron City with Heroman> Season]
- New Initial Policy "Territory Halt" for the Iron City with Heroman Season:
· Troops can choose to halt in their own territory outside the supply range while Marching. Subsequently, they can use the halting land tile as a starting point to continue to March toward other territories, but the Recovering Wounded Troops and Draft by Reservists functions will not be available when halting within the supply range;
· The halted troop's battle Morale is only affected by the distance between the location of battle and the Facilities to which the troops belong to. Changes to Morale caused by battle during this period will be dispelled when halted;
· Once the Kingdom is established within a Commandery under Kingdom Protection, troops cannot halt when other Alliances, Kingdoms, or unaffiliated forces are Marching.
