[Balance Adjustments in December]
- Adjustments to Heroes and Stratagems
· [5★ - Wei - Yue Jin]: Adjusted the Main Stratagem "Rise to the Top", adding chance to increase Attack Damage. There is a 70% chance to increase Attack Damage when the user's speed is faster, and a 30% chance to increase Attack Damage when the speed is equal or slower.
· Stratagem "Unflinching in Battle": Increased damage reduction, and the maximum stack times reduced to 3
· [5★ - Shu - Liu Bei]: Added a new effect to the Main Stratagem "Royal Displacement": After taking effect 3 times, the chance of taking effect increases. Stackable.
· [5★ - Shu - Pang Tong]: Increased the Panic DMG Rate of the Main Stratagem "Conspiring to Dominate Shu", and added a new effect: Every time it is launched, increases the user's Strategic Damage. Stackable.
· [5★ - Wu - Lu Su]: The type of the Main Stratagem "United in Hate" adjusted to "Passive", and when all of your troops take damage, increases all damage dealt by adjacent allies, stackable up to 8 times
· [5★ - Wu - Ding Feng]: The Main Stratagem "Snowy Melee" has an increased chance of entering Elusive status when taking damage, and can now make enemy groups (previously a single enemy unit) outside the attack range enter Shaken, with increased DMG Rate
· [5★ - Wu - Jiang Qin]: Increased the DMG Rate of the Main Stratagem "Furious Wave", and the effect of increased launch rate is now unlimited (previously stackable up to 3 times)
- Hero Policy Adjustments
· [5★ - Shu - Zhao Yun], [5★ - Shu - Zhao Yun SP] and [5★ - Shu - Flames of War]: Adjusted the Policy "Strict Commands", with EXP increased when Heroes below Lv.40 are parading, and Shu Faction Heroes gain additional EXP
· [5★ - Jin - Wang Yuanji]: For the Policy "Advocate of Austerity", the required number of Decrees for the first Reclamation each day has been adjusted to 2, the resource acquisition effect has been changed from a fixed extra amount to a percentage-based extra amount, and the Coin acquisition amount has been increased
· [5★ - Han - Liu Biao]: The Policy "Prudent Policy in Jing" has been adjusted to allow higher extra yield for Lv.5 and above territories in Jingzhou
· [5★ - Others - Gao Shun]: The original Border Town Military Staff effect of the Policy "Prepared Armament" adjusted to allow the force's troops to directly receive the policy effect after implementation, without needing to appoint Gao Shun as the Border Town Military Staff
- Adjustments to Morale Change Rules for Draws
· In this balance adjustment, the morale reduction after a draw has been decreased, improving the continuous combat capability of troops in a draw
- Troop Type Counter Adjustments
In this balance adjustment, when countered Troop Types deal damage to countering Troop Types, all damage reduction values are adjusted to 30%
· Meanwhile, the following Troop Type Features will be removed:
Crossbow Soldiers' Troop Type Feature [Sharp Arrows] - Enhances the counter against Cavalry and the counter by Infantry
Heavy Cavalry's Troop Type Feature [Slow March] - Enhances the counter against Infantry and the counter by Archer
- The above adjustments will take effect in all seasons after the update on December 25, 2024. Servers launched before 12:00 (UTC+9) on December 23 will gain the following effects from 17:00 on December 25 to 17:00 on December 26 (UTC+9):
1. If you cancel the Administration of [5★ - Shu - Zhao Yun], [5★ - Shu - Zhao Yun SP], [5★ - Jin - Wang Yuanji], [5★ - Han - Liu Biao], and [5★ - Others - Gao Shun] before 12:00 (UTC+9) on December 23, all Domestic Affairs Points used for Administration (2 Domestic Affairs Points) will be refunded.
2. If you reset the Main Stratagems or discard and dismantle the Stratagems of [5★ - Wei - Yue Jin], [5★ - Shu - Liu Bei], [5★ - Shu - Pang Tong], [5★ - Wu - Lu Su], [5★ - Wu - Ding Feng], and [5★ - Wu - Jiang Qin], 100% of the Stratagem EXP will be refunded and they can transfer their level to another Hero once. The inheritor can reach a maximum of Lv. 40 after inheritance.

[Famous General Gathering Event]

After the update on December 25, 2024, the Famous General Gathering event will be unlocked for all seasons and can be participated in once permanently
The Famous General Gathering event will also be permanently unlocked for the S1 servers unlocked after the update on December 25, 2024

· Draw each Famous General Card Pack for a total of 100 times to claim one 5★ Hero respectively. The claimable Heroes from different Famous General Card Packs are as follows:

[Function Optimization]
- Optimized the land tile level filter
- Added a quick upgrade button for Military Facilities
- Optimized the prompt for Strength Cap when a Border Town loses its City Area
- When conquered, you will be notified of the location of the land lost due to the fall via mail
- Optimized the display of Military Strategy on the campaign affair page
- In Strategic mode, the popup window of land info now displays the ownership info
