- Military Contention Tactic Adjustments
· Fire Attack: After joining a Guild, you can dispatch troops to apply the tactic on enemy-owned land, Military Facilities, Map Buildings, Cities, and System City Areas. After winning the battle, Fire Attack Tactic takes effect, causing the land tile to enter Burning status. This will inflict 2% of the Current Strength as damage to up to five troops on the tile, and inflict 100 Durability damage to the tile.
· Falling Rocks: After joining a Guild, you can dispatch troops to apply the tactic on enemy-owned land adjacent to mountains, Military Facilities, Map Buildings, Cities, and System City Areas. After winning the battle, Falling Rocks Tactic takes effect, causing the land tile to enter Rugged status. This will inflict 2% of the Current Strength as damage to up to five troops on the tile, and while in Rugged status, the land cannot connect to adjacent land.
· Ruinous Rupture: After joining a Guild, you can dispatch troops to apply the tactic on enemy-owned land adjacent to rivers, Military Facilities, Map Buildings, Cities, and System City Areas. After winning the battle, Ruinous Rupture Tactic takes effect, causing the land tile to enter Stagnant Water status. This will inflict 2% of the Current Strength as damage to up to five troops on the tile, and while in Stagnant Water status, the land cannot benefit from the Garrison effects of adjacent land.
- Map Adjustments
· Removed special settings such as War Zone, Fight Hard, Altar, and Priest
· More natural landscapes such as mountains and rivers have been added within the range of State Capitals, Resource State Commandery Capitals, and certain Birth State Commandery Capitals
- The above adjustments will take effect in the <Four Seasons' Celestial Phenomena> Season after the update on April 2
[New County Magistrate Function Added to All County Cities on the Entire Map]
· After a Guild occupies a County, the Guild Chief/Vice Guild Chief can appoint a Guild member as the "County Magistrate" of that County. Each City can only have one County Magistrate, and each Force can only hold the position of County Magistrate for one City.
· After the County Magistrate is appointed, they can construct a "County Office" within the City. Once construction is complete, the Legion function (the number of Legions that can be formed varies by City level) and the Draft function can be activated. Meanwhile, the original Wave Number of Garrisons in the City will be reduced by half.
· The functions of the County Magistrate Legion are consistent with the Governor Legion. It can be deployed, garrisoned, and mobilized as a whole.
· In addition, to encourage the activity of Governors/County Magistrates in forming and commanding Legions, and to enhance the cooperative combat among Guild members, we will introduce extra War Merit acquisition for Governors/County Magistrates: Governors and County Magistrates can gain an additional 2% War Merit from the battles of friendly Troops under their control.

[Lingering Sound in Qingming Event]

· April 3, 2025 11:00 – April 8, 2025 00:00 (UTC+9)

· The event will be available on S1 servers launched before 01:00 April 5, 2025 (UTC+9), as well as servers of S2 and beyond
- Event Details
· The event is open to characters with a Historical Force Value ≥200
· Log in to the game every day during the event to unlock a segment of ancient guqin melody. Play the guqin to depict a Qingming ink-painting spring scene with Lyra. The melodies will come together to form a complete "Qingming" suite
· The "Qingming" suite consists of segments from "High Mountains," "Flowing Water," and "Soulmate." Log in each day to play a segment. The segments must be performed in order
· For each complete melody played, you will receive Jades or Emoji rewards that can be claimed only once per melody
[All-Season Hero Adjustments]
- [5★ - Others - Chen Gong] Available in All Seasons
· After the routine maintenance on April 2 (UTC+9), [5★ - Others - Chen Gong] will have its XP tag removed and become a Hero Card available in all seasons.
· [5★ - Others - Meng Huo] will be removed from all Season Card Packs and can no longer be recruited. However, Hero Cards already owned can still be used.
· From the end of maintenance on April 2 to 16:00 on April 9 (UTC+9), a recycling event for [5★ - Others - Meng Huo]'s "Nanzhong Tribal General" portrait will be available. Lords who own this portrait can recycle it for a full refund of 1,688 Portrait Points.
Please note that any "Nanzhong Tribal General" portrait of [5★ - Others - Meng Huo] received after 19:00 on March 27, 2025 (UTC+9) will not be eligible for the portrait recycling event, while those received before this time will not be affected.
-Card Pack Adjustments
1. Adjustments to <S1> Card Packs:
[5★ - Others - Chen Gong] will be added to the "Decline of the Han Dynasty" Card Pack.
[5★ - Shu - Shamoke] will be added to the "Southern Barbarian Invasion" Card Pack.
[5★ - Others - Meng Huo] will be removed from the "Legends Famous General" Card Pack.
The "Decline of the Han Dynasty" and "Southern Barbarian Invasion" EX Card Packs will be available again for 24 hours on <S1> servers where they were previously unlocked.
2. Adjustments to <S2> Card Packs:
[5★ - Others - Chen Gong] will be added to the "Heroes in Chaos" Card Pack.
[5★ - Others - Meng Huo] will be removed from the "Legends Famous General" Card Pack.
The "Heroes in Chaos" EX Card Pack will be available again for 24 hours on <S2> servers where it was previously unlocked.
3. Adjustments to <Conquest Season> Card Packs:

The "Emerging Force" EX Card Pack will be available again for 24 hours on <Conquest Season> servers where it was previously unlocked.
4. Adjustments to <Preparation Area> Card Packs:

The "Emerging Force" EX Card Pack will be unlocked again on <Preparation Area> servers for 24 hours.
