Infinite Borders - Eastern Warfare Strategy Game

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all Lords for your support towards INFINITE BORDERS! The game will undergo routine maintenance for all servers at 16:00 on June 25(UTC+9).

The updates include:

[Balance Adjustments]

- Adjustments to Heroes and Stratagems:

· [5★ - Wei - Cheng Yu]: Main Stratagem "Assess the Situation and Plan" can now resist Provoke, Besiege, and Control Effects only. The resistance effect will no longer take effect after Cheng Yu suffers a Serious Injury.

· [5★ - Others - Ju Shou]: Increased the random attribute reduction effect of the Main Stratagem "Gradual Advance", adjusted the attribute reduction to a fixed value, and increased the number of triggers.

· [5★ - Jin - Yang Hu]: Adjusted the Launch Rate of the Main Stratagem "Thoughtful and Farseeing" and added a stackable DEF effect. It will now only take effect when Yang Hu is in the Vanguard or Center position.

· [5★ - Shu - Zhou Cang]: Adjusted the Launch Rate and DMG Rate of the Main Stratagem "Sword-wielding", and increased its damage against the same target affected by Control Effects.

· [5★ - Others - Lu Bu - Cavalry]: The Main Stratagem "No Other" has become passive, taking effect for the first 4 turns of the battle.

· Stratagem "Encircled Ambush": Its significant damage reduction effect will now apply to more targets.

· Stratagem "Pursuit": Adjusted its Launch Rate and DMG Rate.

- Hero Policy Adjustments:

· [5★ - Wu - Lu Xun S2]: The Territory Durability Cap bonus of the Policy "Influential Minister" is no longer restricted by Ingenuity.

· [5★ - Wu - Lu Xun XP]: The Policy "Colonel's Military Affairs" will have a new effect that reduces the waiting time after retiring Military Staff.

· [5★ - Wu - Zhou Yu XP]: Removed the Military Staff restriction of the Policy "Seeking Triumph." After implementation, it reduces the draft time for teams in Military Facilities. The more Military Staff appointed in a State, the shorter the draft time for teams in Military Facilities with Military Staff in that State, stacking up to 3 times.

· [5★ - Jin - Sima Shi]: Increased the Reservist Storage Cap of the Policy "Hidden Strategy" and sped up Reservist recovery in Military Facilities.

- Troop Type Features Adjustments

· Infantry will lose the Solid Formation and Melee Combat features; Cavalry will lose the Disrupt Formation and Sideswipe features; Archers will lose the Horse Shooting and Camouflage features.

· Adjusted the attribute bonus of Archer - Geographic Advantage.

- Low-Strength Stratagem Activation Mechanism Adjustment

· When the first battle begins, if a Hero's Strength is below 8% of the total enemy strength, the Hero's Main Stratagem and learned Stratagems (including Active, Passive, Command, and Pursuit Stratagems) will not take effect.

The above adjustments will take effect in all seasons after the update on June 25, 2025. Servers launched before 17:00 (UTC+9) on June 23 will gain the following effects from 17:00 on June 25 to 17:00 on June 26 (UTC+9):

1. If you cancel the Administration of [5★ - Wu - Lu Xun S2], [5★ - Wu - Lu Xun XP], [5★ - Wu - Zhou Yu XP], [5★ - Jin - Sima Shi] before 17:00 (UTC+9) on June 23, all Domestic Affairs Points used for Administration (2 Domestic Affairs Points) will be refunded.

2. If you reset the Main Stratagems or discard and dismantle the Stratagems of [5★ - Wei - Cheng Yu], [5★ - Jin - Yang Hu], [5★ - Shu - Zhou Cang], and [5★ - Qun - Ju Shou], 100% of the Stratagem EXP will be refunded and they can transfer their level to another Hero once. The inheritor can reach a maximum of Lv. 40 after inheritance.

3. During the season, [5★ - Others - Lu Bu - Cavalry] teams will appear less frequently in the Garrisons of Lv.6 or below Cities. [5★ - Others - Lu Bu - Cavalry] teams will be removed from the City Areas of these Cities.

3. If certain Heroes have learned Solid Formation, Melee Combat, Disrupt Formation, Sideswipe, Horse Shooting, or Camouflage, these will be replaced after the update as follows:

If a Hero bears two identical features after replacement, one of their Perseverant, Disrupt Rear, or Geographic Advantage features will be replaced with Guard, Frustration, or Detour respectively.

After the maintenance on June 25, 2025, some Solar Term Portraits will be adjusted to permanent sale. You can purchase them at any time on the Portrait Shop page, my Lords.

["Northern Expedition to Revive Han" Themed Events]

 ·Experience the unique Deputy General system from the "Northern Expedition to Revive Han" season in the Formation Tactics event.

·The event will be available on S1 servers launched before July 9, 2025 01:00(UTC+9), as well as servers of S2 and beyond

· Characters with a Historical Force Value ≥200 can participate in the event. 

· During the event, you can fight from 01:00-03:00, 11:00-13:00, and 19:00-21:00 daily. 

· Participate in the event and complete battles to gain event points. Reaching a certain number of points will grant rewards, up to Jade x50, Portrait Point x150, and Drawing Paper x1.

-[Northern Expedition to Revive Han: S1 Selfpick Hero Support Event]

· Event Info: ·

 The "Northern Expedition to Revive Han" S1 Selfpick Hero event will be available during the stated period on S1 servers. 

· S1 Lords who have reached 500 Force Value will be eligible to choose and try out a Northern Expedition Hero this season. 

· This Hero cannot be dismantled for Stratagems or used to advance Heroes of the same name, and will be removed after the Season Tally.

 ·During the event, you can access the "Northern Expedition to Revive Han" Portrait Page via the event page and use Portrait Points to purchase 5★ [Shu - Zhuge Liang - Archer], 5★ [Shu - Zhao Yun - Infantry] [Shu - Zhao Yun - Infantry SP], 5★ [Shu - Wei Yan - Infantry], and 5★ [Shu - Jiang Wei - Infantry] [Shu - Jiang Wei - Archer SP] Portraits, each costing 1688 Portrait Points.

-[Grain and Steel]

· Event Info: · During the event, all Lords can respond to Imperial Chancellor Zhuge Liang's call and donate 500 Food. Each Lord can donate once.

·Donating Lords will receive up to 200 Jade and 100 Portrait Points when total Food donations reach specific amounts.

[Force Funds Portrait Update]

 - After the routine maintenance update on June 25, the Force Funds - Force Supplies in the newly opened S2 and Conquest Season will include the new selectable dynamic/static Portrait Butterflies Dancing with Flowers, applicable to [5★ - Wu - Da Qiao XP]

[Function Optimizations]

- Removed the visual range setting in 2D mode. It can now be adjusted directly by zooming the map.

- Optimized the distance threshold for merging new Alliance Mark markers into existing Plans.

- Optimized the process of selecting and jumping to Plans on the World Map.

- The Plan sidebar is no longer fixed by default. Clicking anywhere outside the sidebar will collapse it.

- Land Details and City Details pop-ups will now show Garrison Strength.

- Added a security lock restriction for early transfers to the Preparation Area.

- Adjusted the order of the Land Tile commands "Lane Borrowing" and "Requisition" in the "Beacon-fire in Jia-Zi" season.

- The Lv.4, 5, 6, and 7 Land occupation quests in Petition - Major Issues can now be quickly completed via Go.

- In the "Snow Halberd and Ice Spear" season, you can now dispatch Hired Workers to gather at a Quarry during a Flood.
