To further enrich the Hero Collocation in all seasons, we will make [5★ - Others - XP Yuan Shao], [5★ - Wu - XP Jiang Qin], and [5★ - Wei - XP Empress Guo] available from the Conquest Season to all seasons, and remove [5★ - Han - Hua Tuo].
[5★ - Others - XP Yuan Shao], [5★ - Wu - XP Jiang Qin], [5★ - Wei - XP Empress Guo] will be available in all seasons
After the routine maintenance on September 10, [5★ - Others - XP Yuan Shao], [5★ - Wu - XP Jiang Qin], and [5★ - Wei - XP Empress Guo] will have their XP hashtags removed and become Hero Cards available and usable in all seasons.
Yuan Shao, a warlord in the late Eastern Han Dynasty and one of the Legends of that era. During the fragmentation of the Han by rivaling Legends, Yuan Shao first occupied Jizhou, then seized Qingzhou and Bingzhou. In the Battle of Yijing in the fourth year of Jian'an (199 AD), he defeated Gongsun Zan, a warlord who had conquered Youzhou, unifying Hebei and reaching the peak of his power. However, he suffered a crushing defeat at the hands of Cao Cao in the Battle of Guandu in the fifth year of Jian'an (200 AD). In the seventh year of Jian'an (202 AD), Yuan Shao died of illness after suppressing a rebellion in Jizhou.
Jiang Qin, a renowned general of Eastern Wu in the late Han Dynasty, known for his integrity and magnanimity. In his early years, he followed Sun Ce to pacify the four commanderies of Danyang, Wu Commandery, Kuaiji, and Yuzhang. After quelling banditry, he was promoted to Chief Commandant of the West. He suppressed bandits like Lü He and Qin Lang in Kuaiji and was later appointed as the Corps Commander who crusades Yue. Together with He Qi, he subdued the bandits in Yi. For his contributions during the Hefei campaign, he was promoted to General who Suppresses Bandits and was praised by Chen Shou as "Tiger Generals of Eastern Wu." When Sun Quan launched a crusade against Guan Yu, Jiang Qin led the navy into the Mian River but died of illness on the return journey.
The first Empress of Cao Wei and wife of Cao Pi. Her ancestors had served as officials in commanderies and counties for generations, but she lost both parents at a young age. When Cao Cao became the Duke of Wei, she entered Cao Pi's Eastern Palace. Upon Cao Pi's ascension to the throne, she was granted the title of Madame (second only to Empress), and in the same year, when Cao Pi accepted the abdication of the Han emperor, she was elevated to Noble Consort (second only to Empress). In the third year of Huangchu (222 AD), she was officially installed as Empress.
[5★ - Han - Hua Tuo] has been removed.
After the routine maintenance on September 10 (UTC+9), [5★ - Han - Hua Tuo] will be removed from all Season Card Packs and can no longer be recruited. However, Hero Cards already owned can still be used.
In the <All Trades' Contention> season, the Hero Feature of [5★ - Han - Hua Tuo] sold by the Wandering Merchant will be replaced with the Minister Feature of [5★ - Han - Zhang Ji]. The Hero Feature of [5★ - Han - Hua Tuo] that has already been purchased can still be used this season.
The Minister Feature Effect of [5★ - Han - Zhang Ji] is: For all Military Facilities with Military Staff in your Force, their affiliated troops will recover 20%→40% (Lv. 1→10) of wounded troops after each battle during a march.
"Five-Animal Exercises" Portrait and Hua Tuo Achievement Recycle Event
From the end of the routine maintenance on September 10 until 10:00 on September 17, the recycle event for the "Five-Animal Exercises" Portrait of [5★ - Han - Hua Tuo] and the Hero's achievements will be launched. Lords who own the Portrait or Hero achievements can choose to recycle them. When recycling the Portrait, the full amount of Portrait Points consumed to purchase the Portrait will be refunded (a total of 1,688 Portrait Points). When recycling Hero achievements, the full amount of Honor or Gilt Jade consumed to purchase them will be refunded.
[Dismantle Relation and Hero Adjustments]
After the routine maintenance on September 10, [5★ - Wei - XP Empress Guo] will be available in all seasons, and her Dismantlable Stratagem will be adjusted to "Relentless Forces." Lords are advised to plan the use of Hero Cards in advance.
[Season EX Card Pack Adjustments]
1. Adjustments to <S1> Card Packs:
[5★ - Wei - Empress Guo] will be added to the "Decline of the Han Dynasty" Card Pack, and [5★ - Han - Lu Zhi] will be removed.
[5★ - Wu - Jiang Qin] will be added to the "World in Turmoil" Card Pack.
[5★ - Others - Yuan Shao] will be added to the "Heroes in Chaos" Card Pack, and [5★ - Han - Hua Tuo] will be removed.
The "Shu Han Famous General" Card Pack will add [5★ - Han - Lu Zhi] and remove [5★ - Han - Hua Tuo].
<S1> servers will sequentially reopen the "Decline of the Han Dynasty," "World in Turmoil," and "Heroes in Chaos" EX Card Packs, with each pack lasting for 24 hours.
2. Adjustments to <S2> Card Packs:
[5★ - Others - Yuan Shao] will be added to the "Decline of the Han Dynasty" Card Pack, and [5★ - Han - Lu Zhi] will be removed.
[5★ - Wu - Jiang Qin] will be added to the "Legends Secession" Card Pack.
[5★ - Wei - Empress Guo] will be added to the "Heroes in Chaos" Card Pack, and [5★ - Han - Hua Tuo] will be removed.
The "Shu Han Famous General" Card Pack will add [5★ - Han - Lu Zhi] and remove [5★ - Han - Hua Tuo].
<S2> servers will sequentially reopen the "Decline of the Han Dynasty," "Legends Secession," and "Heroes in Chaos" EX Card Packs, with each pack lasting for 24 hours.
3. Adjustments to <Conquest Season> and <Preparation Area> Card Packs:
[5★ - Others - King Mulu] will be added to the "Heroes in Chaos I" Card Pack, and [5★ - Han - Hua Tuo] will be removed.
[5★ - Han - Hua Tuo] will be removed from the "Famous Generals of Shu Han" Card Pack.
The Preparation Area and Conquest Season will also sequentially reopen the World EX Card Packs containing the all-season [5★ - Others - Yuan Shao], [5★ - Wu - Jiang Qin], and [5★ - Wei - Empress Guo], namely "World in Turmoil," "Legends Secession," and "Heroes in Chaos." Each card pack will last for 24 hours.
4. Event Card Pack Adjustments:
The "Empress Uncrowned" Card Pack in the "Sharp New Army" and "All Pledge Allegiance" events will remove [5★ - Han - Hua Tuo].
