    [Hero Balance Adjustments]

1. [5★ - Shu - Huang Zhong] Main Stratagem "Resolute Determination"

- Original Effect (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Stratagem Range: 2; Launches an attack against an enemy group (DMG Rate: 50.0% → 100%) and Provokes them, while reducing the Attack damage taken by the user by 12.5% → 25.0% (affected by DEF)

- Effect after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Stratagem Range: 3; Launches an attack against an enemy group (DMG Rate: 60.0% → 120%) and Provokes them, while reducing the Attack damage taken by the user by 12.5% → 25.0% (affected by DEF)

2. [5★ - Wei - Deng Ai] Main Stratagem "Safe Passage"

- Original Effect (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Launch Rate: 40%; Launches an attack against enemy group (DMG Rate: 75.0% → 150.0%), inflicts Shaken, generates Deserters per turn (DMG Rate: 40.0% → 80.0%). Lasts for 1 turn, and reduces Morale by 5 → 10

- Effect after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Launch Rate: 45%; Launches an attack against enemy group (DMG Rate: 80.0% → 160.0%), inflicts Shaken, generates Deserters per turn (DMG Rate: 40.0% → 80.0%). Lasts for 1 turn, and reduces Morale by 5 → 10

- The above adjustments will take effect in all seasons after the update on May 20, 2026. Servers launched before 12:00 (UTC+9) on May 18 will gain the following effects from May 20, 2026 17:00 - May 21, 2026 12:00 (UTC+9):

 If you reset the Main Stratagems or discard and dismantle the Stratagems of [5★ - Wei - Deng Ai] and [5★ - Shu - Huang Zhong], 100% of the Stratagem EXP will be refunded and they can transfer their level to another Hero once. The inheritor can reach a maximum of Lv. 40 after inheritance.

    [Masters of Thought Card Pack Series Event & Brand new Hero Liu Hui]

- Event Period

- Event Intro

· Log in to the game for the first time during the event to activate the "Masters of Thought Card Pack" and the "Masters of Thought Selfpick Card Pack".

· Includes the brand new Hero [5★ - Jin - Liu Hui]. When you first obtain this Hero Card from Recruitment, within 72 hours, 100% of the Stratagem EXP will be refunded when discarding this Hero's learned Stratagems.

· During the event, the Hero Trial Feature will be unlocked, including the initial Hero Liu Hui, allowing you to learn about Liu Hui's Stratagems through the Hero Trial.

- Masters of Thought Card Pack

·Activate the Card Pack by logging into the Game for the first time during the event. The Card Pack will last for 24 Hours.

· Recruit for 398 Jades, guaranteed to get a 4-5★ Famous General.

· The Card Pack can be recruited 10 times in total, with 1 for free and 1 Half-price recruitment.

· The 10th recruitment is guaranteed to yield a 5★ Famous General.

· 4★ Heroes obtained from full-price recruitment can be converted into Portrait Points.

- Brand new Hero "Liu Hui"

Liu Hui was a mathematician during the Wei and Jin dynasties in China. In the fourth year of the Jingyuan era of the Wei dynasty, Liu Hui annotated "The Nine Chapters on the Mathematical Art." His "Commentary on the Nine Chapters on the Mathematical Art" compiled outstanding ideas and methods from various schools, incorporating innovation for mathematical research, making Outstanding contributions in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and other areas. In the third year of the Daguan era of Emperor Huizong of the Song dynasty, mathematicians with Portraits in the side corridors of the Confucius Temple were posthumously awarded the fifth-rank Peerage, and Liu Hui was granted the title of Baron of Zixiang.

· Log in to the game for the first time during the event to activate the "Masters of Thought Selfpick Card Pack".

· You can select 1 Hero or [5★ - Jin - Liu Hui] to add to the Card Pack for Recruitment. The Heroes you can select each season are as follows:

*Except for [5★ - Jin - Liu Hui], you can only select 1 Hero from the list to add to the Card Pack for recruitment. After selection, it can only be replaced with [5★ - Jin - Liu Hui] and cannot be replaced with any other non-Liu Hui Hero.

*After selecting your Hero, you can switch between that Hero and [5★ - Jin - Liu Hui] at any time.

· Each recruitment is guaranteed to yield a 3-5★ Famous General. You can spend 200 Jades to recruit once or spend 950 Jades to recruit five times.

· The Masters of Thought Selfpick Card Pack will be available for 24 hours after activation. When it expires, the Heroes in the Masters of Thought Selfpick Card Pack will not be merged into the Famous General Card Pack.

·Additionally, when the Masters of Thought Selfpick Card Packs become available, a Temporary Card Pool event will also be activated. During the event, when recruiting from the Masters of Thought Selfpick Card Pack, you can continue recruiting even if the number of Recruited Heroes reaches the limit. Excess Hero Cards will be stored in the Temporary Warehouse for 30 days.

    [Grain Buds Solar Term Event - Summer Chariot Sacrifice]

- Event Details

· After the Grain Buds Solar Term, it is a folk custom to worship the Three Chariots. After placing the offerings as required, completing the worship will reward you with a Fortune Slip and Jade.

· A maximum of 150 Jades and a permanent Solar Term Emoji Pack can be obtained from the event.

    [Inspection Implementation Rule Adjustments]

- The Quick Inspect button will not be displayed when there are unfinished Affairs.

- Inspections in Subcities are canceled. Inspections are available in Main Cities and Border Towns.

    [Sharp New Army Event Benefits Upgraded]

· After the maintenance update, a brand new Sharp New Army Event will be triggered for new Forces entering the Conquest Season for the first time:

- The Cutting Edge rewards have been adjusted

· After entering the Conquest Season for the first time, you can earn Force Funds event points by logging in daily and increasing your Force Value. Upon reaching corresponding levels, you can additionally receive exclusive new Force rewards for free.

· The original Treasured Materials event has been removed. Its Treasures and Treasure materials have been integrated into the Cutting Edge event.

- The Guest Hero Assistance rewards have been adjusted

· For new Forces entering the Conquest Season for the first time, in addition to the original free 5★ Season XP Hero Selection Pack, they can also purchase an additional 5★ Season XP Hero Selection Pack.

· New Forces have an exclusive Recruitment Pack available for purchase at great value: including Recruitment Letters and Coins.

· Conquest Benefit limited-time reopening. From 2026/5/20 16:30:00 to 2026/5/27 00:00:00(utc+9), all Conquest Lords who are not part of a new Force can also purchase the new Force's exclusive XP Hero Selection Pack and Recruitment Pack.

- Rise to New Challenges reward adjustments

· The original Excellent Season Treasures sold in the Season Marketplace have been upgraded to Season Rare Treasures. New Forces entering the Conquest Season for the first time can claim 3 for free.

· The original New Force Treasure Pack has been upgraded to a permanent Legendary Treasure Pack. You can choose 1 to purchase from 6 non-Molded permanent Legendary Treasures (Bolang, Gracewind, Severcry, Tongsu, Zhengang, Dajiang), and you can also purchase a brand new Artisan Pack.

    [Function Optimizations]

-When a Hero halts within the supply range of their own City, they can appoint a Deputy General.

- In the Force - Economy Page, the yield of Buildings and Facilities now includes the display of bonuses from Quarries and Scenic Terraces.

- When a player performs Hero Inheritance, the Main Stratagem EXP will be transferred directly.

- Military Strategies used by Alliances with a friendly diplomatic relation will no longer be marked as "Enemy".

- In the <Clash of Chariots>, <All Trades' Contention>, and <Hanzhong Campaign> Seasons, Key Town Cities will have the "Key Town" Hashtag added.

- The "Kingdom Rally" Tactic for the Monarch of a Conquest Season Kingdom has been adjusted to a Kingdom Military Strategy, with the actual effect remaining unchanged.

- In the <Boundless Flames of War> Season, rallying to the Center Tent does not consume Decrees.

- On the <Boundless Flames of War> Season Force Page, you can tap greyed-out Center Tent Troops to enter their Draft Page.

-In the <Boundless Flames of War> Season Trade Page, you can tap idle Troops to edit their lineup.

- In the <Boundless Flames of War> Season, completed Trade activities can be clicked to open the Trade Record Page to quickly claim rewards.

- The Declare War Page in the <Boundless Flames of War> Season now displays the level of Cities eligible for declaration of war.

- In the <Boundless Flames of War> Season, clicking the Dragon Ball will default to the "Being Declared War" tab only when under declaration of war.
