Stratagem Adjustments

· [5★ - Wu - Lu Su] Main Stratagem "United in Hate"

Original Effects (Lv.1→Lv.10)

When all of your troops take damage, the damage taken by all allies within a distance of 1 is reduced by 2.5→5.0% (affected by Ingenuity), and the damage dealt by launching Active Stratagems is increased by 2.5→5.0% (affected by Ingenuity). This effect is stackable. However, the damage enhancement effect will be removed after launching an Active Stratagem that deals damage.

Effects after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

When all of your troops take damage, the damage taken by all allies within a distance of 1 is reduced by 1.0%→2.0% (affected by Ingenuity), and the damage dealt by launching Active Stratagems is increased by 1.0%→2.0% (affected by Ingenuity). This effect is stackable for up to 10 times and lasts until the end of the battle

· Stratagem "Blazing Iron" (obtained from dismantling Heroes)

Original Effects (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Launch Rate: 40%

Prepares for 1 turn, then launches one attack on an enemy group (DMG Rate: 90.0%→180.0%) and reduces its Morale by 5.0→10.0. Increases the DMG Rate by 40.0% after each activation.

Effects after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Launch Rate: 35%

Launches one attack on the enemy group (DMG Rate: 60.0%→120.0%) and reduces their Morale by 5.0→10.0. Increases the DMG Rate by 40% after each activation.

· [5★ - Others - Zhang Jiao] & [5★ - Others - Zhang Jiao SP] Main Stratagem "Yellow Turban Rebellion"

Original Effects (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Prepares for 1 turn, then launches a Strategic Attack against all enemies (DMG Rate: 88.0→176%, affected by Ingenuity) and inflicts Witchcraft, causing them to lose some Strength each turn (DMG Rate: 48.5%→97%, affected by Ingenuity). Lasts for 2 turns.

Effects after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Prepares for 1 turn and inflicts Witchcraft on all enemies, causing them to lose some Strength each turn (DMG Rate: 90.0%→180.0%, affected by Ingenuity). Lasts for 2 turns. When enemies take Witchcraft damage from the Stratagem, Zhang Jiao recovers some Strength (Recovery Rate: 30.0%→60.0%, affected by Ingenuity).

· [5★ - Han - Lu Bu] Main Stratagem "Flying General"

Original Effects (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Launches one Fierce Attack against a single enemy unit (DMG Rate: 137.5%→275%) and inflicts Chaos, lasting for 2 turns. If the target is already in the Chaos or Berserk status when the Stratagem is launched, additionally inflicts a Fierce Attack (DMG Rate: 137.5%→275%).

Effects after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Launches one Fierce Attack against a single enemy unit in the Chaos or Berserk status (DMG Rate: 137.5%→275%). Launches a Fierce Attack against a single random enemy unit (DMG Rate: 137.5%→275%) and inflicts Chaos, lasting for 2 turns.

· [5★ - Han - Wang Yun] Main Stratagem "Serial Tactics"

Original Effects (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Launch Rate: 25%→35%

Applies Serial Tactics against a single enemy unit, using the following Stratagems in turn: Launches "Ploys" once against the target; if the target has lower Ingenuity than the user, launches "Trap Formation" once against a single random enemy unit; if the target is inflicted with Berserk, launches "Falling Thunder" against a single random enemy unit. The effect of each Stratagem is the same as the original Stratagem at the same level

Effects after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Launch Rate: 20%→30%

Applies Serial Tactics against a single enemy unit, using the following Stratagems in turn: Launches "Ploys" once against the target; if the target has lower Ingenuity than the user, launches "Trap Formation" once against a single random enemy unit; if the target is inflicted with Berserk, launches "Falling Thunder" against a single random enemy unit. The effect of each Stratagem is the same as the original Stratagem at the same level

· [5★ - Shu - Huang Yueying] Main Stratagem "Steadfast Craftsmanship"

Original Effects (Lv.1→Lv.10)

From turns 1, 3, and 5 after the battle begins, Panic (DMG Rate: 17.0%→34.0%, affected by Ingenuity), Burning (DMG Rate: 20.5%→41.0%, affected by Ingenuity), and Witchcraft (DMG Rate: 22.0%→44.0%, affected by Ingenuity) are gradually inflicted on all enemies. Lasts until the end of battle. The damage dealt ignores Elusive.

Effects after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

From turns 1, 3, and 5 after the battle begins, Panic (DMG Rate: 17.0%→34.0%, affected by Ingenuity), Burning (DMG Rate: 20.5%→41.0%, affected by Ingenuity), and Witchcraft (DMG Rate: 22.0%→44.0%, affected by Ingenuity) are gradually inflicted on all enemies, causing them to lose some strength at the beginning of each turn, lasting until the end of battle. The damage dealt ignores Elusive.

· Classic Stratagem "On the Hazard"

Original Effects (Lv.1→Lv.10)

In the first 2 turns of the battle, the Morale of the allied group will be increased by 3 whenever it deals attack or strategic damage. From your own action in the 3rd turn onwards, the attack and strategic damage dealt by the allied single unit with the highest Morale will increase by 15.0%→30.0%. Lasts until the end of the battle.

Effects after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

In the first 2 turns of the battle, if the Morale of the allied group is below 160, its Morale will be increased by 3 whenever it deals attack or strategic damage. From your own action in the 3rd turn onwards, the attack and strategic damage dealt by the allied single unit with the highest Morale will increase by 15.0%→30.0%. Lasts until the end of the battle.

In addition, we have also adjusted the Morale boost mechanic of "On the Hazard." Certain stratagems that deal damage again after the first hit can now trigger the Morale boost as per normal.

· [5★ - Shu - Guan Yu] Policy "Monumental Merits"

Original Effects (Lv.1→Lv.10)

When serving as Military Staff in the Main City, he reduces the Draft Resource Consumption by 7.5%→15.0% for his troops led by Heroes whose Main Stratagem is an Active Stratagem, increases Drill EXP by 10000→20000 for troops led by Heroes below Lv. 30, and increases March Speed by 5.0→10.0 for troops whose total Strength is above 20000.

Effects after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

He can serve as Military Staff in a city. After his troops March from an allied Military Facility and earn 2000 or more War Merits in a battle, the Morale of allied troops Marching from that facility is increased by 7.5→15.0 for 30 minutes. Triggering the effect again will refresh its duration.

Original Effects (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Increases the Reclamation resource yield by 10.0%→20.0% for all troops in the force. If within a city's supply range, the yield is increased by an extra 5.0%→10.0%.

Effects after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Increases the Reclamation resource yield by 15.0%→30.0% for all troops in the force. If within a city's supply range, the yield is increased by an extra 7.5%→15.0%.

Original Effects (Lv.1→Lv.10)

When the Force implements a Stratagem Exercises Petition, 200→400 extra Stratagem EXP is gained; if implemented by a Han Hero, gain 40→80 extra Stratagem EXP.

Effects after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Gain a Stratagem Exercises Petition at 12:00 (UTC+9) and 200→400 Stratagem EXP; when a Han Faction Hero implements the Stratagem Exercises Petition, gain 40→80 extra Stratagem EXP.

· [5★ - Han - Liu Biao] Policy "Prudent Policy in Jing"

Original Effects (Lv.1→Lv.10)

Gives the following effects to the Force's territory in Jingzhou (excluding the Battlefield and Garrison City Area): increases the Durability Cap by 10→20, reduces the Stone Construction Consumption outside the city by 10.0%→20.0% and the Construction Time by 5.0%→10.0%, and increases the yield of Lv.5 land or above by an additional 25→50.

Gives the following effects to the Force's territory in Jingzhou (excluding the Battlefield and Garrison City Area): increases the Durability Cap by 10→20, reduces the Stone Construction Consumption outside the city by 20.0%→40.0% and the Construction Time by 10.0%→20.0%, and increases the yield of Lv.5 land or above by an additional 50→100.

· [5★ - Jin - Jia Chong] Policy "False Orders"

Original Effects (Lv.1→Lv.10)

When serving as Military Staff in the Main City or any Subcity, he grants his city troops a 100% chance to get 1 extra Treasure Enhancement material, and a 20.0%→40.0% chance to get 2 extra Treasure Enhancement materials when performing Reclamation on Lv.5-7 Lumber and Iron Ore resource land.

Effects after Adjustment (Lv.1→Lv.10)

When serving as Military Staff in the Main City or any Subcity, he grants his city troops a 100% chance to get 1 extra Treasure Enhancement material, and a 0.0%→60.0% chance to get another 2 Treasure Enhancement materials when performing Reclamation on Lv.5-7 Lumber and Iron Ore resource land.

- The above adjustments will take effect in all seasons after the update on December 27, 2023. For servers launched before 17:00 (UTC+9) on December 25, the following effects are available from 17:00 (UTC+9) on December 27 to 17:00 (UTC+9) on December 28:

1. If you cancel the Administration of [5★ - Shu - Guan Yu], [5★ - Wei - Deng Ai], [5★ - Han - Liu Biao], [5★ - Han - Huangfu Song], [5★ - Jin - Jia Chong] before 17:00 (UTC+9) on December 25, all Domestic Affairs Points used for Administration (2 Domestic Affairs Points) will be refunded.

2. If you reset the Main Stratagems or discard and dismantle the Stratagems of [5★ - Wu - Lu Su], [5★ - Others - Zhang Jiao], [5★ - Others - Zhang Jiao SP], [5★ - Han - Lu Bu], [5★ - Han - Wang Yun] and [5★ - Shu - Huang Yueying], 100% of the Stratagem EXP will be refunded and they can transfer their level to another Hero once. The inheritor can reach a maximum of Lv. 40 after inheritance.

   Function Optimizations

- Optimized page showing the conditions to be met in the Force Funds event

- Lineup Book will automatically delete lineup suggestions that have been invalid for over48 hours

- Official and Governor appointment information from System Mail will be merged into Appointment Info Themed Mail

- Halted troops within the supply range will have changes to their Morale dispelled after the battle

- Added a destroy function for equipment created by the Siege Weapon House during the Clash of Chariots season
