Spring Kite-flying Solar Term Event

· The event will be available on S1 servers launched before 01:00 March 21, 2024 (UTC+9), as well as servers of S2 and beyond

· Daily Inquiries grant Kite Fabrics and Jades
· After collecting 4 different Kite Fabric parts, you can fly a kite and gain [Main City Effect - Kite] and a Permanent Solar Term Emoji Reward
· Fabrics can be sent to other players in the Chat or Family Channel, and fabrics sent by other players can also be claimed in the channel
· After the fabric is claimed, the player who sent the fabric can gain Coins

Function Optimization
- Added the Enhancement Reset function for Treasures during the season. Once the Treasure Enhancement reaches the max level of 6, you can consume Jades to reset the Enhancement Level back to 5. Subsequent upgrades to the original Enhancement Level won't require additional Enhancement materials
- Treasures in Molding need to be Quenched before they can be dismantled
- Added the Military Situation Review function. After a Lord is offline for a certain period, it will tally and display the resource changes during the offline period
- After getting rid of the Fallen status, Fortress Sharing will have a 5-hour cooldown period before it can be enabled again
- When abandoning a territory with buildings, there is now a quick-select option for only abandoning the buildings
- You can now tap to jump to the Force Names, Family Names, coordinates, etc. in the INFINITE BORDERS Report
- Added a filtering function on the Troop Type Unlocking and Stratagem Research pages
- Optimized the Recruitment Letter's description text
- Optimized the display of the Force - Construction tab
- Optimized the display effects on the Business page in the "Flames of War Spread Far and Wide" Season
