[5★ - Wei - SP Cao Ren], [5★ - Others - XP Pang De], and [5★ - Others - XP Dong Bai] will be available in all seasons
After the routine maintenance on September 25, [5★ - Wei - SP Cao Ren], [5★ - Others - XP Pang De], and [5★ - Others - XP Dong Bai] will have their XP hashtags removed and become Hero Cards available and usable in all seasons.
Cao Ren, a cousin of Cao Cao and a famous General of Wei in the Three Kingdoms era. He served Cao Cao for many years and contributed greatly to the state of Wei. Cao Ren scored the most kills in Yuan Shu's defeat, crushed Tao Qian's army and his general Lu You, seized Gouyang, and captured Liu He--Lu Bu's general--alive. He triumphed over Liu Bei's army at Yinqiang in the Battle of Guandu, then overcame Yuan Shao's army at Mount Jiluo.
Pang De, originally a subordinate of Ma Teng, made many merits in the campaign to pacify the Qiang tribes. During the years of Jian'an, Pang De followed Ma Chao into battles, each time leading the charge through enemy lines and showing great bravery among Liangzhou army. After some twists, he surrendered to Cao Cao with Zhang Lu. In 219 AD, Pang De assisted Cao Ren in his defense against Guan Yu. After the routine maintenance on September 25, [5★ - Wei - Zhang He] and [5★ - Wei - SP Zhang He] will be removed from all Season Card Packs and cannot be obtained from recruitment. Hero Cards already owned can still be used.

After the routine maintenance on September 25, the Dismantlable Stratagem for [5★ - Others - Dong Bai] will be adjusted to "Battle Will Break Gold".
After the routine maintenance, the "Five Elite Generals" Hero Inquiry Petition will no longer refresh. Meanwhile, a new "Overawe Xiaoyaojin" Hero Inquiry Petition will be added, allowing you to inquire about the following Heroes: [5★ - Wei - Zhang Liao], [5★ - Wu - Gan Ning] and [4★ - Wu - Ling Tong]
