Infinite Borders - Eastern Warfare Strategy Game

My Lords, as winter gives way to spring and the weather is still chilly, please pay attention to the temperature and keep warm. At this time, INFINITE BORDERS will launch a brand new Conquest Season—Snow Halberd, Ice Spear. In this new season, we will set the background in the late Eastern Han Dynasty, where snow covers the land for thousands of miles. Centered around the design concepts of frozen rivers and burning ice, we will bring a brand new seasonal strategy experience to both management and the battlefield.

The wars and turmoil of the late Eastern Han Dynasty were not only caused by human elements, but also by sudden changes in the weather. In 225 AD, Cao Pi went to the Huai River to observe troops by the river. Due to the extreme cold, the Huai River froze, and boats could not enter the river, forcing him to retreat. This was also the first recorded instance of the Huai River freezing, indicating the extreme cold of that time.
In this season, the map of the Thirteen States will be in a cold state by default, and all rivers and water bodies will be frozen. The rivers will be covered with black ice, turning natural barriers into thoroughfares. Old dangers will vanish, and the Iron Cavalry will cross the rivers, bringing brand new changes to the struggle for the world!
 

  [Building Bonfires to Chase Away the Silver Frost]
Though the cold wave is harsh, is there no way to counter it? Lords can light fires to drive away the cold and bring warmth to their territories!
This season will introduce a new building, [Bonfire]. Even under the ice, bonfires can melt the surrounding snow and ice, raising the temperature of the land to a warm state. Within the warm range of the bonfire, all effects caused by the cold will be eliminated. Additionally, Lords can build a series of new buildings such as [Settlements] and [Harvest Fields] within the range of the bonfire, creating a resource-rich, worker-friendly supply base in the snow and ice to provide strong support for subsequent campaigns.
At the same time, if Lords build bonfires by the rivers in this season, the frozen rivers will gradually melt and become unoccupiable again. If the frozen rivers thaw, the battlefield will undergo drastic changes. Whether to build bonfires to defend by the river, take a detour elsewhere, or launch a fierce attack on the icy river, it’s all up to the Lords to decide.

Although the harsh cold environment brings survival challenges, as the saying goes, "Misfortune may be a blessing in disguise." Cleverly utilizing the weather can turn it into a tactical advantage. Just as when Cao Cao and Ma Chao faced off at Tong Pass, Cao Cao adopted a clever scheme to build an ice city overnight. The ice city was indestructible, and the Xiliang troops could not conquer it for a long time, leading to their morale being shaken, thus allowing Cao Cao to achieve ultimate victory.
This season will introduce a new building, [Ice City]. The Ice City will have lower construction costs and shorter construction time, and it can even shelter hired workers to work and gain special effects in the cold. However, a city built overnight must have weaknesses. How to leverage strengths and avoid weaknesses, and how to prevent being attacked, will be one of the key focuses of the battlefield around the changes of the Ice City.
