What are Domestic Affairs?
The 7 actions that can be performed in Domestic Affairs
You can perform a total of 7 actions in Domestic Affairs: Tax, Trade, Marketplace, Government Affairs (Relocation, Perseverance, Reinvigoration), Rehearsal, Policy, and Commission. From the Domestic Affairs page, you can also access the “Lord Manual”, where you can change your name and personal information.
Actions in Domestic Affairs
1. Claim Taxes: Receive Coins 3 times a day
In Domestic Affairs, you can collect taxes 3 times a day for free. Tap "Levy" to obtain Coins, but you must wait 2 hours before levying taxes again. By consuming Jades, you can Claim Taxes taxes immediately and levy them up to 3 more times.
2. Trade: Exchange resources
After constructing the Marketplace, you can use the Trade function in Domestic Affairs. In Trade, you can exchange your resources at a certain ratio.
3. Marketplace: Purchase items
In the Marketplace, you can spend Resources, War Merits, Coins, Jades, and other items to purchase various products such as Stratagem EXP and Coins. Products in the Marketplace are automatically updated at 24:00 (UTC+9) every day, and you can use 50 Jades to immediately update the products once each day.

4. Domestic Affairs: Perform Perseverance, Relocation, and Reinvigoration
Perseverance: Enter Truce status
You can select "Perseverance" from the options in Domestic Affairs. After initiating Perseverance, there is a preparation period of 3 hours. Following that, the Main City and Subcity (including the City Area) will enter Truce status for 5 hours.
Relocation: Move to the Subcity
You can select "Relocation" from the options in Domestic Affairs. Relocation costs 500 Jades. After relocation, the Main City will move to the Subcity.
It's important to note that after relocation, you will lose the 9 tiles of land where the original Main City was located, and your character's state will also change to the state where the Main City has been relocated.
▼You cannot relocate if:
- Another Alliance occupies the capital of the Subcity's Commandery Capital
- The Main City's Facilities are under construction or being upgraded
- The Main City's Troops are marching or drafting
- In Conquered status
Reinvigoration: Change the place to raise an army
You can select "Reinvigoration" from the options in Domestic Affairs. Reinvigoration allows you to change where you raise an army.
When you perform Reinvigoration, 80% of your current resources will be retained. However, your Main City Facilities, Subcities/Fortresses, Territory, Alliance Info, Troop Strength, and implemented Policies will be lost, so think carefully before performing Reinvigoration.
5. Rehearsal: Engage in combat training and get rewards
In Rehearsal, you can freely match Heroes for combat training. You can train once per day, and if you win the battle, you can get rewards such as resources and Coins.
6. Policy: Obtain various Policy effects
Policies are divided into General Policies and Minister Policies. You can obtain Policy effects by activating them using Domestic Affairs Points.
Policy types include “Military Affairs”, “Agriculture”, “Commerce”, and “Earthwork”. They can increase buildings or enhance various functions.
7. Commission: Assign Ministers to Cities or buildings
You can assign Ministers to Cities or buildings via Commission. You can have Ministers resign, but there is a 24-hour waiting period before they can be commissioned again.
When Other Forces demolish a City or building, you can immediately re-commission a Minister.
