What is Fatigue?
Fatigue occurs when the required Stamina for a March is exhausted
Fatigue refers to the status that occurs when the Stamina of Heroes in your Troop falls below the required amount for a March. In Fatigue status, actions that consume Stamina, such as Raid, Reclamation, and Drill, cannot be performed. However, you can still return to your Cities and conscript soldiers.
Stamina recovers at a rate of 20 per hour
Basically, the maximum Stamina for all Heroes is 150. Stamina recovers at a rate of 20 per hour, so if Stamina is at 0, it takes approximately 6.5 hours to fully recover.
