Added the "Minister Engaging in Advanced Studies" Petition in all seasons
After certain World Milestones are achieved during the season, the "Minister Engaging in Advanced Studies" Petition will be added. When Petitions refresh at 08:00 and 20:00 every day, there is a chance to trigger the "Minister Engaging in Advanced Studies" Petition.
You can send trained Heroes or Ministers to handle the Petition. Dealing with the Petition for an hour allows you to upgrade a Policy, but not beyond its level cap.
In addition, we have adjusted the amount of Domestic Affairs Points that can be obtained from Fame.
New Domestic Affairs Points Products throughout the Season
After certain World Milestones are achieved during the season, Domestic Affairs Points might appear every time the products are refreshed in the Marketplace. There could even be great value Domestic Affairs Points products. Domestic Affairs Points products can be purchased with Coins or Jades.
Added the function of resetting Minister Policies
Upgraded Minister Policies can be directly reset independently. Resetting a Policy will refund all but 2 of the Domestic Affairs Points used to upgrade the Policy and reset it to Lv.1.
Note that if a Minister Policy is Lv.2 or Lv.3, and its upgrade only costs 1 or 2 Domestic Affairs Points, the 2-point deduction means that no Domestic Affairs Points will be refunded after a reset.
Resetting a Minister Policy will not cancel its administration status. After a Minister Policy is reset, you need to wait 72 hours to reset it again (including the different cards of the same Minister). The CD is calculated individually for each policy.
Meanwhile, the rules for refunding Domestic Affairs Points for Hero Resets will be adjusted to refunding all but 2 of the Domestic Affairs Points used to upgrade the Policy.
Adjustments to Canceling Administration
When the administration of a Minister Policy is canceled, 50% of the Domestic Affairs Points used for the administration will be refunded (1 Domestic Affairs Point). After canceling a Minister's administration, all Ministers with the same name must wait 72 hours before they can administer again.
What are Policies?
Policies have various special effects
You can spend Domestic Affairs Points to implement Policies and obtain various Policy effects. Policies are divided into four categories: Military Affairs, Agriculture, Commerce, and Earthwork. They can increase the number of buildings or enhance various functions.
※Policies are similar to the former Tech System.
Policies can be implemented up to 15 times
The number of times Policies can be implemented will increase with Fame. You can implement up to 15 Policies during the Conquest Season. Please note that S1 and S2 have different limits on how many times Policies can be implemented.
Policy Types
General Policies
General Policies can be used to construct buildings that help you progress in the season and offer many auxiliary effects. As your Fame increases, the types of Policies available will also increase.
Minister Policy
By switching a 4★ or above Hero to a Minister, you can implement the Minister Policy of that Hero. Some Policy effects are battle-oriented, while some focus on gathering supplies. These effects will vary depending on the Hero.
Please note that there will be a 24-hour CD after a Hero is switched to a Minister.
Heroes with the same name must be either Ministers or Non-ministers
Once a Hero is set as a Minister, other SE and SP Heroes with the same name will simultaneously become Ministers. That is, you can't appoint one Hero as a Minister and their namesakes as Non-ministers.
※The same goes for Advancement.
Undertake training to improve Policy effects
Use Domestic Affairs Points to train Heroes to upgrade their Policies. You can upgrade a Policy to improve its effect. By advancing a Hero, you can increase the Policy level cap of that Hero to Lv.15.
How to Earn Domestic Affairs Points
Increase Fame
You can earn Domestic Affairs Points by increasing Fame. There is a cap on the number of Domestic Affairs Points that can be obtained each season. For every 100 Fame earned, you will get 1 Domestic Affairs Point.
